On the 18th October 2011 Jigsaw4u and Jigsaw4u international are inviting local people to have a voice on the subject of human trafficking and child slavery with an anti-slavery day at the Rose Theatre. Pieces of art from are being contributed by local artists and young people based on their ideas and thoughts on ‘child-slavery’ and ‘child trafficking’.

You are invited to come along and learn about child trafficking and how you can stop it. Interactive exhibitions allow you to join in and add your own voice to the subjects of child trafficking and child slavery.

Jigsaw4u’s aim is to support children, young people and their families who have experienced grief, loss and trauma, putting the “pieces” of their lives back together again. Jigsaw4u International provides children and young people with access to all the support they need encouraging and inspiring them to make their own decisions.

Jigsaw4u are being supported in this day by ECPAT, (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes) a leading UK children’s rights organisation. ECPAT UK works with the highest levels of government but also reaches out to practitioners and those working directly with children through research, training and capacity building.
