Students artwork admired by athletes in Olympic Village
4:13pm Tuesday 31st July 2012 in Sport By Alexandra Rucki
Students art work is being admired by athletes staying in the Olympic Village.
Year eight pupils at Burntwood School, Burntwood Lane, Earlsfield, created images using light and movement alongside artist Tina Bech.
All five of the images created were chosen to adorn walls in the Olympic Village, which have been attracting comments from those who use the venue.
A spokesperson for the Belgium National Olympic Committee said: "Our team of games makers noticed the year eight artwork on the walls and wanted to congratulate the children on a great piece of work."
Each student will be awarded with a certificate to thank them for their work.
