Kingston firefighters have said the possible cause of a grass fire on Kingston riverbank could have been a barbeque.
The fire, which started on the public green at the end of Burnell Avenue, was reported at 9.04pm last night.
One fire engine and four firefighters were dispatched to put out the fire which it is thought was most likely the result of people having a barbeque.
