Surrey, Kingston and Richmond councils have managed to re-open roads around the area.
Every road in road in Richmond and Surrey is now open after today's cycle race, except the zig zag road in Box Hill.
Richmond Council had almost all roads open by 5.30pm and Kingston re-opened to traffic at about the same time.
