Pupils were kept on their toes when they took part in a number of activities to improve their fitness.
The children from Thames Ditton Infants School were put through their paces by instructors from Colets Health and Fitness, as well as taking part in activities such as golf, hockey, yoga, swimming and cheerleading.
The activities were run to coincide with Healthy Schools week between Monday, July 4 and Friday, July 8.
Pupils also discussed how to maintain a balanced diet and exercise properly during lessons.
The week ended with the school’s sports day.
