The case against the owner of a 'dangerously out of control' Chihuahua was dropped by Wimbledon magistrates this week.
Owner Aaron Fox, 28, had been charged under the dangerous dogs act of allowing his dog Chelsea to get out of control in Feltham last March.
Prosecutors said Chelsea had been out of control in Glebe Way and injured Andrea McGann.
But Mr Fox had denied the offence when he appeared before magistrates on September 15 last year.
The case against Mr Fox, of Penge High Street, was dropped on Tuesday after no evidence was offered.
