A dementia sufferer has gone missing from his care home and police are growing increasingly concerned about him.
William Aggray was last seen at Rosina Lodge, Augustine Avenue, Croydon, at about 5am this morning.
Staff at the care home told police that a blue carrier bag and dark blue anorak are missing from the 72-year-old’s room.
When he was last seen he was wearing black trousers and a white shirt and it is believed he may now be wearing the anorak.
He is a black man, about 5ft 5in and of medium build.
Police officers are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare as he suffers from dementia and is in need of medication.
Anyone with information is asked to call Croydon police’s missing person unit on 020 8649 0145 or via 101.
