A commemorative bench was unveiled for former Kingston Conservative leader Howard Jones this week.
Coun Jones, who represented St James ward, died in October last year, five months after leading the Conservatives to their first local election victory in Kingston for 20 years.

In one of his last acts as Mayor of Kingston Ken Smith performed the unveiling ceremony at Manor Park recreation ground on Monday.
Coun Smith said: "Many people came despite the less than perfect weather.
"A testament to what a great man Howard Jones was."
