Healthy living is the theme behind free nutrition and hydration events for older people taking place next month.
Free slippers, a mini fall assessment and information on the importance of hydration will all be on offer at the Walton Centre and the Cobham Centre.
Councillor Christine Elmer said: "As we get older our thirst sensation can be reduced so we may not feel thirsty. With summer approaching remaining hydrated is important for your wellbeing.
"This event is a fantastic way of learning how to keep yourself as fit as possible and the best bit is, it is all free"
Complimentary cups of tea, food tasting sessions and other freebies will also be available.
Events will run at the Walton Centre on March 17 from 10am until 1pm and the Cobham Centre on March 19 from 2pm until 4pm.
