FULL TIME - Same result as last week but a much-better game and performance from Palace. It is a deserved draw and they were the better team against a side challenging for promotion and they are applauded off. That's seven games unbeaten at home and no goals conceded in the last six here which is pretty tremendous really. They move level on points with Sheffield United but remain in the bottom three on goal difference.

91 min: Gardner clumsily clatter into Jackson on the edge of the box and now it's Norwich's turn to have a very promising free kick. This would be heart-breaking. Lansbury curls it low and it takes a deflection nd bounces to safety. Phew.

90 min: Great work from Parsons again wins a free kick on the edge of the box, is this the moment? No. Ambrose overhits it horribly. Poor. THREE minutes added on.

88 min: YELLOW CARD. No sign of a change from Dougie, this XI, who are getting increasingly nervous, will see out the match as Marrow gets booked for kicking the ball away.

86 min: Free kick for Palcae in a great position for Ambrose to deliver but Danns cannot quite get his foot around the ball enough to shoot.

84 min: oh deary me, that sums up Norwich's day as Holt has all the time in the world to shoot and hits row Z, you'd have backed him to score there.

82 min: Vaughan gets some space and has a sight of goal but then miskicks his shots and it hits the corner flag. He claims he was tripped but he wasn't.

81 min: Great from Zaha to get himself space in the box and that's a super save from Ruddy to push the youngster's powerful drive around the post. His search for a goal continues.

79 min: Suddenly Palace are panicking, shooting from distance, not clearing their lines and giving the ball away.

76 min: YELLOW CARD: That's very lenient from the ref as Marrow goes in very late on Tierney but somehow gets away without a booking. The yellow card is for Crofts who squared up to Zaha after the tackle. Marrow ran to the other side of the pitch and I think the ref forgot about him.

75 min: SUB: Chris Martin off, Wilbraham on.

71 min: Right let off for Palace as Jackson is completely unmarked six yards out at a corner but can't quite reach the ball. Palace break quickly through Ambrose but Danns' shot is straight at Ruddy. Back come Norwich and they get another corner, which Speroni punches. Lots of action.

70 min: Gardner has been very commanding today and just as it looks like Holt's going through on goal he comes across and snuffs out the danger.

68 min: SUB: Scannell's race is run and he goes off to rapturous applause, on comes Zaha. I can only think it's a match fitness thing for Scannell.

67 min: Super free kick from Ambrose is an inch away from a diving Vaughan.

65 min: Vaughan appearing a little tired in the last few minutes so expect to see Easter or Iversen soon.

64 min: Norwich replacing their left back shows just how good Scannell has been today, he has terrorised him.

61 min: That flare stinks. I'm right on the other side of the ground and can smell it.

60 min: SUBS: Fox and Drury off, Jackson and Tierney on.

59 min: Scannell makes room for himself and powers a shot on target which Ruddy parries. Parson then wins another corner which Gardner cannot quite reach. Right up the other end and Speroni has to put Lansbury's shot around the post. A flare has gone off in the Norwich end.

55 min: End-to-end now now as Vaughan's cross is tipped away from Danns by Ruddy but only just. Good stuff from Palace but they need a goal.

53 min: Warning for Palace as they leave Grant completely unmarked but he just cannot grow enough to reach the cross.

52 min: Parsons' run wins a corner that is just in front of the onrushing McCarthy and Gardner.

50 min: Bit quieter at the start of this half, Scannell had a good run and Ambrose just now but he took too long on the ball.

46 min: Palace get us underway again and there are no changes apart from me now wearing a hat to combat the cold.

HALF TIME: Not bad from Palace. Same old problem though, no real penetration in the final third. See you in 15.

45 min: Saying that, they don't want to concede now as Grant gets a sniff at goal but blasts over from a tight angle.

43 min: Palace have Norwich rattled, the visitors keep giving the ball away. Palace need a goal before half time though, it is very rare for them to play two good halfs of football in the same game.

39 min: Good defending from Parsons stops R Martin getting a cross in but it's a corner to Norwich, Fox takes it and Danns clears. It is soon back though and this time Speroni gathers and launches a quick counter. After good play from Danns and Ambrose, Marrow tries a half volley from the edge of the box but it's well wide. Not an easy chance. Very even here at the moment.

38 min: Another corner for Palace but again it is too deep.

34 min: Superb ball from Scannell finds Vaughan in the box and he opts to try and curl one when he had runners better placed. The ball goes wide.

31 min: YELLOW CARD. Trouble for Vaughaan as he and Drury clash and the Norwich players are claiming an elbow. After what seems ages, ref McDermid brandishes a yellow.

29 min: Great chance Palace. Scannell wins a free kick wide on the right that Ambrose floats in. McCarthy gets a downward header in but it is just the wrong side of the post.

28 min: Great tackle from Marrow on the edge of his box sets a great counter but when he gets the ball back from Vaughan in Norwich's nox his control is poor and he runs the ball out. It's not often he gets that far up the pitch so you cannot blame him.

25 min: Parsons wins Palace's first corner of the afternoon, which Ambrose delivers too long and Wright ends up running it out of play. The Eagles need to make more use of those.

21 min: Gardner needs some treatment after being caught late by Lansbury. McCarthy claims the studs were showing but the Norwich man gets away with a ticking off.

20 min: Danns is given time to cross but it's just behind Vaughan, who slips as he tries to swivel on it and shoot.

19 min: More nervy moments as McCarthy heads a cross into the floor and Ambrose has to give away a corner. It's swung in dangerously towards the back post and Speroni is fouled as he tries to gather.

15 min: Vaughan's quick feet gets him into some space but then he overruns the ball and Barnett gets a foot in to clear.

11 min: Danns's pass sets Scannell bearing down on goal but Barnett just about manages to block the shot and the rebound is just too far ahead of Vaughan. Suddenly, the Selhurst crowd has found its voice.

9 min: Marrow's lazy clearance goes straight to Hoolahan and Speroni is forced to tip his long-range curler over the bar.

8 min: Scannell's speed and perserverence win Palace a promising free kick. Ambrose decides to try and blast it but it goes right across the box and wide.

7 min: Palace settling a little bit but have overhit a few passes.

3 min: Parsons doesn't get close enough to Russell Martin there though and allows him to cross on to the head of Lansbury. He is unmarked but puts it over. Half a minute later, Crofts gets to a cross before Gardner and flicks his header just wide. Nervy defending from Palace.

1 min: Straight away Parsons shows what kind og a left back he is with a run into the box, but his cross is cut out. Confident start.

1 min: Norwich get us going.

2.59pm: Big cheer goes up for Speroni as his 200th appearance is announced - he has gone with a new shaven headed haircut to mark the occassion. Vaughan also gets a big welcome back. Here we go, get yourself strapped in.

2.58pm: If it's possible it's actually colder than last week. Already I cannot feel my fingertips. I expect Wright and Marrow to be playing holding roles in midfield with Danns ahead of them supporting Vaughan and Ambrose and Scannell wide. Here come the players, Parsons looking at the floor as he comes out.

2.55pm: There's a nice round of applause for the Palace cheerleaders as they strut off the pitch having waved their pompoms about to Girls Aloud's Jump. Wonderful stuff.

2.48pm: NORWICH: Ruddy, Russell Martin, Barnett, Whitbread, Drury, Fox, Lansbury, Crofts, Hoolahan, Chris Martin, Grant Holt. Subs: Steer, Jackson, Smith, Lappin, Wilbraham, Ward, Tierney.

2.46pm: Parsons is 18 and I've seen once in a friendly last year, where he seemed promising. Came on against Portsmouth in the League Cup this season and although I wasn't there, I heard he did good.

2.45pm: PALACE: Speroni (making his 200th Palace appearance), Clyne, McCarthy, Gardner, Parsons, Marrow, Wright, Danns (making his 99th Palace appearance), Ambrose, Scannell, Vaughan. Subs: Price, Barrett, Iversen, Garvan, Zaha, Easter, Counago.

2.40pm: Dougie makes three changes from the team that drew with Bristol City in that snorefest of an encounter last weekend. As expected James Vaughan starts ahead of Jermaine Easter, who drops to the bench, and Sean Scannell is recalled ahead of Wilfried Zaha. The biggest shock though is a first full debut for Matthew Parsons at left back. It shows Dougie wants a left-footed left back but is a big gamble against a team as good as Norwich.

2.36pm: Hello again from Selhurst Park. Sorry for the slightly late start, traffic was very bad. Interesting Palace team news coming up...
