Former Crystal Palace defender Dean Moxey has been linked with a move to newly promoted Championship side Wolves.
The 28-year-old was released by Palace last week and with almost 350 career appearances to his name, Moxey has plenty of experience to offer as Kenny Jackett looks to bolster his squad.
Also on the lookout for a new club is striker Aaron Wilbraham, who is rumoured to be attracting interest from a number of clubs.
Meanwhile, experienced goalkeeper Neil Alexander, Jonathan Parr and Danny Gabbidon were also deemed surplus to requirements at Selhurst Park as Palace prepare for their second consecutive season in the Premier League.
Alexander is apparently in talks with Scottish Premier League side Hearts over a move back to his native Edinburgh.
The well travelled 36-year-old is wanted as a back-up goalkeeper and could be set to launch a coaching career at the club as a goalkeeping coach.
