Brentford head coach Dean Smith is in no rush to strengthen his squad in the January transfer window - but he admits he would be lying if he said he wasn't keeping tabs on some targets.
The 44-year-old secured a 2-2 draw at Fulham on Saturday in his second match in charge since taking over from Lee Carsley.
Brentford are well placed for another tilt at the Championship play-offs - sitting two points and four places outside the top six.
"I’m really pleased with the squad I’ve got," he said at Craven Cottage at the weekend.
"Harlee Dean is coming back from suspension. Maxime Collin is ready. Andy Gogia had to miss out today. It shows the strength in depth we’ve got.
"You’re never not looking [for new players]. January is coming up and it’s all about improving this football club, whether that’s in the January market or on the training ground.”
