Dean Smith seems like a nice bloke and if his players choose to get on the wrong side of his management style, that is their choice.

The 44-year-old took charge of the Bees last week and celebrated with a 2-0 win over MK Dons in his first game at the helm.

He has already said it will be a case of evolution and not revolution when it comes to putting his mark on a squad he hopes he can take into the Premier League.
