Kingstonian expect to hear from the Football Association this week on whether keeper Rob Tolfrey will face disciplinary action over his Bognor bust-up in February.
The 27-year-old clashed with fans after the final whistle of his side's 2-1 Ryman Premier League defeat to the Rocks at Kingsmeadow.
Tolfrey, who has been under investigation by the FA for the past three weeks, has featured in every Ks league match since the incident.
"We have still heard nothing from the FA," said Ks boss Tommy Williams.
"We are expecting something by the end of the week and we shall deal with it then.
"Until then, there is nothing more to say."
