Richmond number eight Chris Davies took director of rugby Steve Hill's call for his players to be more clinical on board as he ran in five tries on Saturday.
Man of the match Davies was in unstoppable form as he crossed for 25 points in an emphatic 59-13 triumph at Hartpury College, which saw further tries coming from Adam Gadsby, Joe Burton and Tom Sargeant.
Full back Rob Kirby slotted eight conversions and a penalty to complete the scoring as Richmond moved up to third in the National Division One table.
It left Hill hailing his side's best performance of the season.
"We asked the players be more clinical and they were," said the Athletic Ground chief.
"I was especially pleased with how hard our front five worked in defence.
"Their work created a number of turnovers from which we profited.
"This was by some way our best performance of the season."
