Leatherhead will have home advantage in the play-off semi-finals after a 5-0 win at Crawley Down Gatwick guaranteed a top three finish.
A Richard Avery brace, and goals from Tom Parkinson, Darren Smith and Jerry Nnanami – his first of the season –all but condemned Crawley to relegation.

Neighbours Walton & Hersham are limping towards the end of the season without fear of relegation.
