Man taken to hospital after crash on A3 this morning

A man has been taken to hospital following a road traffic accident this morning.
The accident happened just after 10.30am on the A3 Robin Hood Way at Grasmere Avenue.
A spokeswoman from London Ambulance said: “We were called at 10.37am to reports of a road traffic accident on Robin Hood Way.
"We sent an ambulance crew to the scene. We treated a man believed to be 40 for back pains and injuries to his rib.
"He was taken to St George’s as a priority."
The road has been cleared.
