Scrap of plastic from motorbike causes major delays on A3
A piece of plastic that fell off a motorbike caused the major delays during rush hour this morning.
The scrap of plastic fell off the motorbike around 8am on the A3 near Tolworth causing large tailbacks.
There were no injuries and traffic has now returned to normal.
