An elderly woman who disappeared from a hospital in Tooting yesterday has been found safe and well.
Alice Hayward, 94, from Streatham, went missing from St George's Hospital at 2pm after being admitted following a fall.
Police were said to be concerned for her welfare as she suffers from dementia.
Mrs Hayward was found in Streatham at about 11.30pm yesterday evening and police said she had been returned to hospital.
