DJ and former Kingston Grammar School pupil Neil “Dr Fox” Fox has been charged with nine sex crimes.

Police said today Mr Fox, 53, who lives in Fulham, is alleged to have committed three indecent assaults against under-age girls – one younger than 14 – between 1991 and 1996.

The other six offences are said to have occurred between 2003 and 2014.

Mr Fox, who grew up in Thames Ditton, has been charged with seven indecent assaults and two sexual assaults against six victims.

He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, April 16.

Police said the charges were not brought as part of Operation Yewtree, the investigation into historic sex offences committed by Jimmy Savile and others.
