Well, we got back from holiday and it was straight back into the routine and family life with a bang, which many of you will relate to.

Michael says I’m “busy” as I can’t sit down and relax because I think there’s always something to do because the truth of the matter is; there really is always something to do, like planning my littlest one’s baptism.

There was the cake to sort, food to order, clothes to prep and, of course, get us all out of the house on time.

The sun shone down on All Saints Church in Kingston where we decided to have the service.

We love this church, the Reverend, the choir and all the friendly folk who go there.

It was a fantastic occasion surrounded by family and friends and we managed to put our feet up at the end of the day and treat ourselves to a takeaway.

As well as that, I now have two men in my life telling me what I should be doing.

My toddler is either insisting I, “come over here mummy”, “sit down mummy” or “watch this mummy”.

It’s hilarious and time consuming, especially for a “busy” person who needs to utilise every second of the day.

Whether it be a doctor’s appointment at the crack of dawn, having a filling put in at the dentist or getting an eye test appointment, all of which was fitted in this week.

I am not sure where the time goes, but I have managed to fit in a trip to the A3 Barn next week for a Combi pram event, so if you are around, pop in as I will probably be sat down drinking a nice cuppa and enjoying a few chocolate biscuits.
