A Norbiton man has been ordered to muzzle his dog and keep it on a lead after it bit a neighbour.
John Welford, 63, of Ernest Square, was also told by magistrates he cannot take out his German shepherd with any other dog.
Council tenant Welford admitted the dog could be dangerous at Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court last week.
His neighbour was taken to hospital after being bitten by the dog, which also bit a police officer four years ago.
The order came after Kingston Council took Welford to court over the neighbour's complaint.
