Holly Willoughby is moving to Wandsworth

TV presenter Holly Willoughby has bought a Victorian house in Wandsworth for a cool £1.6million.

The Dancing On Ice host and her husband Dan Baldwin have been accused of "gazundering" after they agreed on the price and then dropped their offer by £45,000 on the day of exchange.

Sellers Amanda Purves and Iain Sanderson said they felt "cheated" by the TV beauty, and had already committed to buying a new home in Suffolk.

In the end the two couples split the difference price was dropped by £22,500.

Ms Willoughby denied gazundering and said she lowered her offer because the house had damp damage.
