Two free tickets to this year's Music in the Park are up for grabs along with a bottle of champagne.

The charity concert will be held in Beddington Park this summer and winners could be quaffing a bottle of bubbly to the sounds of the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.

Music in the Park, held in the grounds of Carew Manor by the Rotary Club of Carshalton Beeches, is in its 21st year.

The Rotary Club is once again put up a bottle of Champagne and two entry tickets as a competition prize through the Sutton Guardian.

The concert, which will have a special Queens Jubilee slant on it, will also feature one of the finest tribute bands around, who are also in the mood for celebration.

To mark 50 years since the birth of the Rolling Stones, the 21st Century Stones will provide a medley of Stone's hits from throughout their careers.

Over the years in the region of £300,000 has been raised and donated to over 70 different charities and organisations by the concert.

This year the principle beneficiaries will be Jigsaw4u, Sutton Young Carers and the Wave Trust, all of whom are local charities dedicated to various aspects of child hardship.

Tickets for the concert, on Saturday June 16, are priced at £18.50 before June, £22.50 during June and £25 on the day and are available from local libraries and shops or at carshaltonbeechesrotary.org.uk.

However, one lucky reader can get their hands on a pair of tickets and a bottle of champagne through our competition.
