A Total Diet Food service is to be launched this week with the promise of upcoming free tasters and special offers.
Total Diet Food, based in Battersea, is a food delivery service which provides personally prepared, restaurant quality, gourmet food for dieters with a busy lifestyle.
Work commitments and lack of time are some of the few reasons dieters are struggling to eat healthily. Total Diet Food aim to solve these problems by introducing a fresh and balanced diet, which they deliver daily to people's homes or workplaces.
The inspiration behind their food is taken from Mediterranean and Eastern European backgrounds of the Total Diet Food owners.
Ben Davidson, Total Diet Food Director says: “The diet industry is huge in the UK now and we realised that it constantly churns out overly complicated and misleading advice. This really helps people change their lifestyle and stick to it, no pseudo-science or scaremongering, just healthy, home cooked food.”
