not sure if definate but I have noticed on my walks lately a cat that strongly resembles yours asleep on a windowsill of a flat at 104-106 wendling road,which is a couple roads next to st helier hospital.It may not be your cat but the colouring is almost identical. Ive only seen it there the last month or so and today it is asleep in the window of the left hand flat.They are small flats inbetween the houses.Thought you may like to know this.good luck.
